Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Freemium is free with no credit card needed. It is enough to get your essentials in order and add one trusted contact. You can upgrade later if it helps, and never have to.
What is the difference between Family and the Probate plan?
Family is an ongoing subscription for a whole household, with shared access and adviser or carer permissions. The Probate (one-off) plan is a single payment of £149 with no subscription. It is for households whose priority is leaving a clean, organised record for executors, and it includes Probate Advisor and a professional handover.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and you can move between plans as your household changes. Annual billing saves on the monthly price.
Is my information kept in the UK?
Yes, on every plan. FamilySafe runs on UK Sovereign Hosted, GDPR-compliant infrastructure. Sensitive fields are encrypted, and ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
